Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:

Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and must include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items must be in their original condition—unwashed, unaltered, and clean—with all tags attached.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, we'll gladly assist—as long as the requested size is in stock.

Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly, and you’ll receive an email update with the status.
Returns and exchanges can be arranged by contacting Mixels via email, including your order number and clearly stating "Refund" or "Exchange" in the subject line.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

Processing returns or exchanges may take up to 5 business days.

Refunds are processed via Instapay.

Discounted items and bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our customer service team responds to emails between 9 AM and 7 PM.
Changes & Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
